You may lose part or all of your invested capital. Returns can change, and access to funds may be affected by the product or underlying investments.
1. Market and return risk
Investment values and income can fall. A displayed daily rate is not a permanent guarantee. Changes in market conditions, expenses or portfolio results can affect future returns. Past payouts do not establish that a future payout will be made.
2. Property risk
Real estate may face title disputes, valuation uncertainty, construction delays, vacancy, damage and unexpected operating costs. Selling a property can take time and may produce less than its purchase or development cost.
3. Currency and digital assets
Currency movements can produce losses. Leverage magnifies exposure where used. Digital assets, including Bitcoin, are highly volatile and can also be affected by cyber incidents, custody failures, exchange disruption and changes in legal requirements.
4. Credit and counterparty risk
A borrower, issuer, vendor or business partner may fail to perform or repay. Invoice, trade, SME and asset-backed financing remain exposed to default. Collateral can lose value or be difficult to enforce. Fixed-income instruments also carry credit, interest-rate and inflation risk.
5. Liquidity and operational risk
Funds may be tied up in investments that cannot be sold quickly. Payment processing, systems, human error and third-party failures may delay transactions. A product’s term and withdrawal rules affect when money may be available.
6. Concentration and business risk
Diversification can reduce some exposures but does not eliminate loss, especially when markets move together. Advertising and other business revenue depend on actual commercial results. Company-level difficulties may affect multiple products at once.
7. Your decision
Read the current product terms, charges and claim conditions. Consider whether you can afford a loss or delayed access, and seek independent advice if needed. Do not rely on promotional rewards, community posts or images as evidence that an investment is suitable for you.
